You can request 4-10 tales from the tag set and must offer 4-10 tales as well.

You can also select characters in each offer and request (up to 6 choices). In a request, if you tick 'Any' for characters instead of choosing some, that means you're leaving the choice of characters up to the author. In an offer, if you tick "Any" for characters instead of choosing, it means you’re willing to write about any of the nominated characters for that canon; if you receive a request with a specific character, write that character.

Ticking 'Any' is also how you request or offer a canon with 0 characters nominated.

You will receive a story that concerns at least one of the tales you asked for and one of your requested characters. You can select several characters in one request, but they are different options, not a group. Your author only has to include one. This is known as 'Or' matching.

If you want, you can use the Optional Details in the form, or a linked letter, or both, to talk about your preferences for a request and what interests you about the tales. Your author may use these details for inspiration, but does not have to follow them closely. If there are elements that would ruin a story for you, please list them in the form, for each request, as Do-Not-Wants. Every author must follow those.

Notes to Mods, in the Offers section of the form, allows you to tell us more about how you'd like to be matched. (Would you prefer to write something shippy, or horror? Do you secretly have one request you especially hope you get matched on?) You can leave these sections blank, but if you enter preferences here, we'll try to accommodate them.

IT'S THE 2021 SOURCE SHEET

Fandoms are nearly locked in and we are almost ready for sign ups to open!

We do have two questions to ask though:

For Clever Anait | Queen Anait (Folktale), we couldn't find a version online for "Clever Anait" (as nominated) so combined the titles. Would the nominator have any objection to us fully changing it over to Queen Anait (Armenian Folktale), as per this source, or did you have something different in mind?

For The Captive Khan and the Clever Daughter-in-Law (Folktale), we were only able to find a PDF source. That's okay but if someone can find a plain text version in the public domain, we'd appreciate it.
