NOMINATIONS: CLOSED

NOMINATIONS! ARE! CLOSED!
Tagset is HERE!
Your nominations create the set of stories that can be offered and requested when signing up. The tagset is user-chosen and changes from year to year. You don't need to nominate to sign up, but you do need to nominate to ensure that what you want is in the tag set.
You can nominate up to 4 fandoms and up to 4 characters each.
Guidelines can be found here in the FAQ, resources can be found here, and of course feel free to ask the mods anything at: onceupon@fandom.exchange
Please be specific when nominating - narrow your tale down by author or origin. Many fairytales have multiple versions and we only allow specific versions so everyone is working from the same variation.
Good: Beauty and the Beast - Joseph Jacobs
Bad: Beauty and the Beast (Fairytales)
We welcome comments on this post to clarify which version you mean. Links are great, especially if you think we may have difficulty finding the source.
Nominate! Check back before the end of nominations (Jan 31st) to see if we have questions for you! And then, Feb 7th, SIGN-UPS!
Important Dates, all times in CST/CDT:
Nomination Period: January 17th, Sunday to January 31st, 11:59 PM Sunday
Sign Ups: February 7th, Sunday to February 17th, 11:59 PM Wednesday
Assignments out: February 19th, Friday
No-Fault Deadline: April 18th, 11:59 PM Sunday
Deadline: May 9th, 11:59 PM Sunday
Archive Goes Live: May 14th, 4:59 PM Friday
Anon Period Ends: May 21st, 4:59 PM Friday

The Goose Girl: https://www.pitt.edu/~dash/grimm089.html (Note: this translation has a "young king" and an "old king," and given English Grimm conventions, I nominated "prince" instead of the former. If you'd prefer two kings, feel free to edit my nomination!)
The Princess and the Pea: http://hca.gilead.org.il/princess.html
King Lindorm: https://www.sacred-texts.com/neu/lfb/pi/pifb38.htm (Note: After some debate, I nominated the heroine of the tale as "King Lindorm's Wife," since she holds many titles throughout the story, from just a regular young woman to princess to queen. If you have a more apropos idea, again, I am not married to the names I entered!)
Puddocky: http://www.mythfolklore.net/andrewlang/376.htm (Note: "The Most Beautiful Women in the World" refers to the "carriage-loads" of beautiful women the elder brothers bring home at the end of the tale, who the king orders drowned at the end)
